missingWrote a review on 11 Decefficient shuttle servicepoor breakfast
The hotel offers an efficient shuttle service to Masjid Haram, with buses departing every 5-10 minutes, making access convenient.
The breakfast selection left much to be desired, as it was far from good and lacked variety.

The venue was clean and great-sized. Booked the hotel for its particularly good location close enough to Extra store near Hospital noor or Jarir Bookstore at Souk Al Hijaz and restaurant. Middle Eastern cuisine was served in the lobby restaurant.

Brand-new hotel with a good service. Outstanding food in the restaurant for breakfast with less amount. Climate control, flat-screen television and a safe box available in the twin room. Lively staff throughout. Location close enough to the mosque and Masjid Al Haram. Also, by own transport.

Convenient shuttles, friendly staff
The continuous shuttles made our daily trips to Haram effortless, and the staff's kindness was heartwarming. They ensured we felt right at home .
The shuttle service was occasionally overcrowded, causing delays, made us anxious about reaching the mosque in time for prayers.

The location was ideal and peaceful - near restaurants and coffee house. Near a mosque and a tower while being in the particularly good area. A bus stop walk from the venue.

Clean and spacious room. Good value for money
Cold welcome. No room service, if not multiple phone calls (5 calls). Water cut off during a shower, we had to go to the reception because no answer on the phone.

Staying at this hotel was comfortable and convenient for my whole family. We enjoyed the awesome shuttle service to Haram and the nearby coffee shops. The cute staff were a highlight, always eager to assist us .
My wife says that the lack of reliable internet was frustrating.

Room that meets our expectations regarding floor space... Good bedding. Good breakfast. Good location, not too far from the Haram by bus... Small shops and fast food restaurants right next to the hotel... Shuttles to go to the Haram quite numerous, not too much waiting... Really reasonable price, especially during the school holidays . Discreet staff.
Room not very clean when we arrived, we had to move the beds and we noticed that the vacuum cleaner hadn't been used for a long time; date pits that were lying around, other dirt as well, several pins found under the desk... The bathroom smelled damp, it wasn't clean at all, the shower joints were full of mould ... No place to dry a few cloths, we asked several times for an iron, we are still waiting for it ... Very noisy neighbours, lack of manners, borderline behaviour, we did not expect this at all at this place, the first holy place of Islam . It's a shame.

The hotel is comfortable with breakfast as well. The stay was pleasant.
What was annoying was the transport from the hotel to alharam☹les buses are not frequent, too much waiting and too busy and then people were jostling to get on the bus...a bit of a shame!
